Order Processing & Payment Policy
Made-to-Order Products
Most NL2 products are handcrafted and made fresh to order. Please allow a minimum processing time of 48–72 business hours before your order is ready for pickup, delivery, or shipment. During periods of high demand or when rental bookings are scheduled, processing times may be extended slightly to ensure quality and care.
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your purchase. You will receive a follow-up notification when your order is complete and ready.
Payment Policy (Updated):
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
NL2 now accepts online payments only via Stripe for secure and streamlined processing. Orders will not be started, prepared, released, or shipped until payment has been successfully received.
Shipping, Pickup & Delivery:
Shipping: Payment is required before any order is shipped
Local Pickup or Delivery: Orders must be paid in advance prior to scheduling

Product Sales, Returns & Use Disclaimer:
NL2 products are handcrafted, low-cost, homemade natural products made fresh to order. Due to the nature of these products, all product sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds:
All products are non-returnable and non-refundable
This includes situations where a scent preference does not meet personal expectations
Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be exchanged or refunded
If a product scent or item is not to your liking, NL2 kindly encourages you to pay it forward by gifting it to a loved one, friend, or community member who may enjoy it.
Ingredients & Product Use:
All NL2 products include ingredient descriptions. Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients prior to use, especially if they have known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions.
By purchasing and using NL2 products, customers acknowledge and agree that:
NL2 is not responsible for skin sensitivities, allergic reactions, or irritation
NL2 is not responsible for damage to furniture, fabrics, surfaces, or personal property resulting from product use, spills, or misuse
Products should be used only as intended and stored properly
Customers are encouraged to perform a small patch test prior to full use of any body or cosmetic product.
