Trigger2Choice is a structured, live virtual anger management education program for adults designed to help participants better understand their anger patterns, recognize triggers and warning signs, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication and conflict-resolution skills, and develop healthier responses to challenging situations.

This section is for individuals seeking anger management services for themselves (self-referrals), as well as attorneys, courts, probation/community supervision professionals, employers, social-service agencies, and other professionals who would like to refer an individual for anger management education.

There is NO FEE to submit a professional referral.

Please include the participant’s name in the subject line so the documentation can be matched with the appropriate referral.
