NL2 Party Rental Equipment offers DIY, weekend-only rentals and reservable add-ons.
All rentals and reservations require a non-refundable Booking, Reservation & Standard Cleaning Fee.
No refundable security deposits are required.

Cost Breakdown

Package Rental Cost: $125.00

Non-Refundable Booking, Reservation & Standard Cleaning Fee: $60.00

• $30.00 applied toward the rental total

• $30.00 retained as a reservation, preparation & standard cleaning fee

Due at Time of Renting or Reserving: $60.00

Remaining Rental Balance: $95.00    Balance Notes: The $95.00 fee is due 48 hours before the scheduled event date.

Total Cost: $125

Important Notes:
• Standard cleaning is included
• Equipment must be returned in the same general condition received
• Additional cleaning, damage, or replacement fees may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty, damaged, or with missing items
• DIY rental – setup, operation, and supervision are the renter’s responsibility

• 120” indoor/outdoor movie screen (HD 1080 / 4K support)

• Screen stand & carrying case

• Projector with 5G Wi-Fi & Bluetooth

• Bluetooth Sound Bar (optional use)

• 10 Youth/Small Adult size Camping Chairs 

• 10 movie theatre treat boxes (boxes only)

• 10 movie ticket invitations

• Jumbo photo booth frame (to use for taking pictures)

Additional treat boxes, ticket invitations and camping chairs can be rented/purchased (Add-ons)

📌 DIY Rental: Customer responsible for charging (if applicable), setup, supervision, and return.

📌 Add-ons are limited and may require a 24-hour buffer between rentals for cleaning and inspection.
