How It Works:

NL2 Party Rental Equipment offers DIY (Do-It-Yourself), contactless weekend rentals, allowing customers to enjoy equipment for the entire weekend rather than by the hour. This allows you time to prepare without feeling rushed!

WE provide the equipment, basic necessities and equipment instructions and YOU handle setup, décor, operation, and return. Optional delivery/pick-up is available for an additional fee.

All rentals are Weekend-Only and reserved as a Friday–Sunday rental BLOCK, regardless of the event date.

Booking Notice: When you book online, ALL customers will select Friday at 4:00 PM. This selection reserves the weekend and does not represent the actual pick-up or return time. All scheduling details are confirmed via email after booking.

Friday Events: Customers hosting events on Fridays or requiring rental equipment for Friday use will be scheduled for a Thursday advance pick-up. Returns will still take place on Sunday, unless approved otherwise.

PACKAGE Fee's: You will see the "full rental cost" when you click on a package & read details.

Deposits & Booking Fees:

"Refundable” Security Deposit of: $100 is required for the following packages: Party Essentials | YardFlix | Foam Fest | MEGA Play | Weekend Takeover

"Non-Refundable" Booking fee: of $25.00 (this fee will be applied to the cost of your rental total) for the following packages: Bingo Night | Spotlight Experience | Blasters & Beams | Kickball & Dodge Ball Classic

"Non-Refundable" Booking fee: of $10.00 for all SNACK Machines, Portable Bar, Portable Speaker Karaoke Machine, Balloon Inflator and Disco Ball Rentals. This fee will be applied to the cost of your rental total.

Security Deposit Return Policy:

To provide our customers with the fastest possible refund, NL2 Party Rental Equipment returns approved security deposits via NL2 Business Check rather than online bank reversals.

Once equipment is returned and inspected:

Approved security deposits are issued within 24–48 hours

Customers may pick up their check or request it to be mailed

This method avoids the 5–7 business day delays commonly associated with bank and card payment refunds

Our goal is to ensure a quicker, more reliable return process while maintaining transparency and accountability for all rentals.

Rental Requirements:

• Pay Booking/Deposit Fee to SECURE your rental package(s) & date.

• Primary renter must be 21 years of age or older (For liability and safety reasons, rentals are limited to customers 21+. Requests from renters ages 18-20 may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require prior approval from NL2).

• Valid government-issued photo ID required

• Remaining FEE's are due 48 hours prior to your scheduled event date.

• Equipment is released only after the rental agreement approval and full payment.
