How NL2 Party Rentals Work:

DIY • Weekend Rentals • No Deposits

NL2 Party Rental Equipment offers DIY (Do-It-Yourself), contactless weekend rentals—so you can enjoy your event without rushing the clock.

We provide clean, ready-to-use equipment and instructions.
You handle setup, décor, operation, and return.
Optional delivery & pickup available for an additional fee.

Weekend-Only Rentals

All rentals are reserved as a Friday–Sunday weekend block, regardless of your event date.

🔹 Booking Note: All online bookings select Friday at 4:00 PM to hold the weekend.
Actual pickup and return times are confirmed by email after booking.

🔹 Friday Events: Friday events receive a Thursday advance pickup. Returns occur on Sunday unless approved otherwise.

Simple Booking – No Deposits

All rentals require a $60 non-refundable Booking, Reservation & Standard Cleaning Fee.

$30 is applied toward your rental total
$30 covers reservation, preparation & standard cleaning

✔ No refundable security deposits required
✔ No separate standard cleaning fees

Packages & Pricing

Full rental pricing is shown inside each package description
Packages are rented as complete sets and cannot be divided
Items may be declined with advance notice, but pricing remains the same

Cancellations & Refunds

Booking payments and booking fees are non-refundable
For fully paid rentals, amounts paid beyond the booking payment/fee may be eligible for refund or credit if canceled 48+ hours before the event
Approved refunds are issued via NL2 Business Check and processed within 24–48 hours
Booking payments or fees may be transferred to a future date (one-time transfer, subject to availability)
Emergency requests are reviewed case by case

Renter must be 21+ (18–20 reviewed case-by-case)
Valid government-issued ID required
Remaining balance due 48 hours before your event
Equipment released after agreement approval & full payment
